Day One: Morning :)

Height:         5'3"
Weight:        200 (for reals, what the hell happened?!?!)
BMI:           35.4 (normal 18.5-25, overweight 25-30, 30-35 class 1 obese, 35-40 class 2 obese)

So yeah, um, wow. Eww. TOTALLY hating these numbers (although I truly don't put much belief in BMI as it does not take in to account muscle mass or body structure ... both of which I have a lot of!! LOL I have pretty dense muscle and a large bone structure). I am NOT happy with a 35.4 BMI by ANY Stretch of the imagination, but, right now, it is what it is. At this point my Goal is to get my BMI 30, which is about 170 pounds (which is my ULTIMATE goal). To get to a 25 BMI I would have to be 140 pounds (which they consider the HIGH END of "normal" range ... wow!) That is a 30 pound weight loss, that I am hoping to reach by my Birthday (4 months). That still puts me in the "over weight" category, but with my body structure and muscle mass (which will only increase as I continue to work out) I think that 170 is a GREAT goal for right now :)

So ... for the 10 DAY CLEANSE! I started last night by going through everything and dividing it out in to big baggies, one for each day, of what I will be taking that day. This is kind of what it looked like ...

I also decided that I think I am going to take a body picture and a face picture each morning, as well as photo document what I am consuming. This morning I had a banana and 6 strawberries on the menu for breakfast (it is a quarter to 10 am and I am STILL trying to finish my strawberries). I drank the damn fiber drink this morning (*gag*, literally, soooooooooo gross) and downed the 2 cups of water right after wards (that is 24oz of water already, and I need to drink 128oz a day). I then made my spark drink (one packet in 24 oz of water, just finished that, about to refill my water bottle). I came to work with my banana and strawberries and have 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 clementines for snack (that I'm planning to eat between 11 and 12) and then lunch today at 1pm, another snack around 3pm, and then dinner around 6ish. I figure, if I'm even still hungry, I'll have another fruit snack around 9 after I put the kids to bed, and then take the herbal cleanse tablets at 11 AFTER my night time walk with  my husband (anywhere from 1-2 miles). Oh, and I started my morning with 20 minutes of Zumba on the Xbox Kinect.

Looking at it, it doesn't look like "tons" of food ... but seriously, that damn fiber drink FILLS YOU UP!!!!!! 

Here is my 200 pound (eeeewwwww) Day 1 (oh, btw ... i'm not weighing myself again until the 10 days is up :-/ eek! hide the scale!!) full body and face picture (so I can document if there is even a visual change in myself)

I will be checking in, blog style, a few times a day (probably 2 or 3) to document my mornings and then my afternoon evenings. I will be posting pictures of what foods I am consuming and how I am doing following the "rules". I decided to stop tracking calories for this 24 day period (what's the point?!)

So there :) There's my Day 1 morning in a nut shell!!!!
