To help myself stay on track, I think I am going to sit down and write-up a daily "menu" of what I intend on eating/drinking/consuming and when. I will organize this by date, time, and what is being consumed. I will also "schedule" in my exercise and bed times!! I think I can do this for 24 days!!!! And I am hoping beyond all hope EVER that since it is supposed to take 3 weeks to get yourself in to a "habit" that after 24 days of something that it'll be habit and it'll be what I want to do!
So anyways ... when I get around to that ;-) I will post it for ya :D BEFORE it happens, so that I can get feedback (because I need it!)
