AdvoCare 24 Day Challange Cleanse Phase: MY PLAN

SO! Since I am planning to start on Thursday (eek, just two days away) I decided to set myself up schedule! Now, don't get me wrong, I am not anal and probably won't stick to it to the letter, but it's a guideline for me. Figuring out my meals was, honestly, the HARDEST part! I have ten days of cleanse before the Max Phase begins, and during those 10 days I will put together my schedule for that, but until then ... this is what I got!











For financial reasons, ease of shopping, and ease of preparation I have decided to take 3 or 4 different "meals" and then repeat them throughout the ten days. It's only ten days, so I don't think that I will get "bored" with my food ... that quick anyways! To configure my meals I kept it simple and followed the directions. i.e. lunch is a vegetable, a lean protein, and a complex carbohydrate. So I picked one of each for each meal. I tried to find foods to put together that work, though. For example, one of mine is "tomato, tuna, pickle" and what I will do is hollow the tomato, mix the tuna with the pickle, stuff the tomato, add some seasonings to the top, and bake! m'm m'm good! The bell pepper, beef strips, and black beans will be more of a stir fry cowboy dish! honestly ... i'm looking forward to this :)

  2. so happy I found a detailed chart of specifics. I was sick of finding charts with "fruit" "complex carb" "lean meat". much easier to follow as a first timer to do it like this!! THANK YOU!

  5. Trying to get this in gear for my husband and myself. I love the way you've organized and planned ahead. How much fruit each time? Half a cup or full cup (8 oz)? I've printed info from the Advocare website, just getting ready....
